Returns and Cancellations

I want you to love your painting. If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

• How to cancel: email hello@bobharrison.co.uk with your name, order details and the painting title within 14 days of delivery.
• Returning the painting: please send it back within 14 days of telling me, in its original packaging if possible, well protected and with tracking. You'll need to pay the cost of returning it.
• Refunds: I'll refund the full price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the painting back (or proof that you've sent it). Refunds go to your original payment method.
• Condition: the painting must be returned in the condition you received it. I may reduce a refund if it has been damaged by handling beyond what's needed to inspect it.
• Damaged or faulty items: see the Terms of Sale; I'll cover the return cost in that case.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
