Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases from bobharrison.co.uk, operated by [Your full name], trading as Bob Harrison Paintings, [business address], hello@bobharrison.co.uk.

1. The artwork. Every painting is an original, one-of-a-kind oil painting by Bob Harrison. Colours may look slightly different on screens. Sizes are given for the painting and the frame.
2. Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
3. Availability. Each painting is unique. If, in the rare event of two orders being placed at the same moment, a painting is no longer available, I'll refund you in full straight away.
4. Delivery. UK orders are dispatched within 3 working days by tracked post and are usually delivered within 2–3 working days of dispatch. International delivery is available on request; any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Damage in transit. Each painting is carefully packed. If it arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the painting and email me within 48 hours of delivery, and I'll arrange a refund or return.
6. Cancellations and returns. See the Returns and Cancellations policy.
7. Copyright. Copyright in all artwork and images remains with Bob Harrison. Buying a painting gives you ownership of the physical work, not the right to reproduce it.
8. Liability. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
